Are there different membership tiers?

Yes, the Winzer's Friends Club has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. With every night you stay, you collect gold coins – and automatically move up a level.

Can I view or change my details?

Yes, changes can be made at any time via your customer account or directly at reception.

How do I collect coins in the Winzer's Friends Club?

You’ll receive gold coins for every night you stay – as well as for referring friends, signing up to the newsletter, sharing your interests, completing your Winzer's Friends Club profile, and on your birthday when you’re staying at the hotel.

Can I earn points when I book for others?

No, Gold Points are always credited to the guest who actually checks in.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your gold coins for rewards directly at the Friends Club or give them away as a gift voucher. Alternatively, you can have them conveniently deducted from your room bill.

Do my gold coins expire at some point?

Your birthday Gold Coins are valid for one year – until your next birthday. All other Gold Coins remain valid indefinitely.

Can I invite friends to join the Winzer's Friends Club?

Yes! You’ll receive a bonus credit for every successful registration and first booking.

How does inviting people to the club work?

In your customer account, you will find your personal referral link, which you can share with friends. As soon as your friends accept the invitation, the points will be automatically credited to your account.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?

Yes, each member can invite up to 10 people.

Are gold coins transferable?

Yes, this is possible in the form of a voucher. However, it is not possible to transfer the gold coins directly to another account.
