Useful information about the rooms

What are the cancellation terms?

Sometimes things come up – we understand that. In such cases, please let us know in writing.
The following terms apply:

  • up to 10 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees
  • from 10 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price
  • On the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the package price
  • Cancellations can only be made in writing
  • The General Terms and Conditions of Business 2006 apply

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in case of an emergency.
 

What is included in the room rate?

Our prices are per person per night. They include our gourmet half-board and all Winzer included services, but exclude the local tourist tax, which amounts to €2.40 per person per day. The same terms and conditions apply to package deals and special offers.

Do all rooms have a fireplace or a spa bath?

We offer a range of room categories featuring these highlights, but not every room includes them. You can see exactly what facilities your room category offers in the relevant room description.

Is smoking allowed in the room?

No, all our rooms, including those with a fireplace, are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony and in the designated outdoor areas.

Can I park for free at Hotel Winzer?

Yes, one free, CCTV-monitored underground parking space is available per room for the entire duration of your stay (please place the parking permit in a clearly visible position behind the windscreen). Additional parking spaces can be booked for an extra charge. There are also two electric vehicle charging points available in the open-air car park in front of the hotel. You can collect the charging card to activate the charging point from reception.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you by 3.30 pm at the latest on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier, you are welcome to use the entire wellness area free of charge from 1.00 pm – including the afternoon buffet. Until you check in, you will receive a bathrobe, a bath bag with sauna towels and a locker key (subject to a €30 deposit) from reception.

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 am. You can continue to enjoy the wellness area until 2.00 pm – including the afternoon buffet.
