Strength, Free Weights & Functional Training
On Level 1, the focus is on strength training. Modern equipment, free weights, benches and cable machines provide plenty of space for personalised training – from targeted exercises to functional full-body workouts.
Two Valo Jumps provide additional variety, combining movement with interaction and adding a playful element to the workout.
Cardio & Endurance
On Level 2, the focus is on endurance. Treadmills, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, spinning bikes and a rowing machine make it easy to do cardio training at your own pace.
Small lockers for your valuables and plenty of towels are, of course, provided.
