What are the opening hours of the spa areas?
Our three spa areas are open daily. The Gemstone Spa in the Wellness Schlössl is open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. The wellness reception is available there from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm to offer advice and book appointments. The Emotion Spa opens as early as 7.00 am and remains open until 7.00 pm. The Brine Spa in the Residenz is open daily from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. You can use our gym from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm.
Are there any nudist areas at the spa hotel in Austria?
Yes, as a wellness hotel with a nudist pool, the Hotel Winzer offers several clearly designated nudist areas. Guests can relax in the indoor nudist pool and the nudist hot tub on the nudist sun deck, amongst other places.
When do the themed infusions take place in the event sauna?
Our event sauna is open daily from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. The popular themed and show infusions take place in the afternoon and, thanks to music, lighting and fog effects, offer an experience that is both relaxing and spectacular.
When is the afternoon buffet served?
Our afternoon buffet is available daily from 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm – featuring hot dishes, cold snacks, salads, soup, a selection of pastries and, in summer, an ice cream bar. Perfect for a break between a dip in the pool, a sauna and some relaxation.
How do I book massages and beauty treatments?
It’s best to book as early as possible – ideally online when booking your room or day spa. On site, the wellness reception at the Gemstone Spa (open daily from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm) will be happy to assist you.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment.
