What day spa offers are available?
You can choose between the Midweek Day Spa (Mon–Thu, €89 per person) and the Weekend Day Spa (Fri–Sun & public holidays, €125 per person). The services are identical – only the day and price differ. Always included: access to all three spa areas, a comfort set with bathrobe and sauna towels, use of the gym, tea bars and the afternoon buffet.
Can I book breakfast as well?
Yes, our breakfast buffet can be added to your booking for €28 per person, subject to availability. Reservations can be made by telephone no earlier than 7 days before your day spa visit.
How flexible are the cancellation terms for my day spa booking?
Please let us know if you are unable to attend your appointment. Unfortunately, we must charge the full amount for cancellations made within 24 hours.
When is the afternoon buffet served?
Our afternoon buffet is available daily from 1.30 pm to 4.00 pm – featuring hot dishes, cold snacks, salads, soup, a selection of pastries and, in summer, an ice cream bar. Perfect for a break between a dip in the pool, a sauna and some relaxation.
How do I book massages and beauty treatments?
It’s best to book as early as possible – ideally online when booking your room or day spa. On site, the wellness reception at the Gemstone Spa (open daily from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm) will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Short-notice appointments are not always available, depending on how busy we are.
Can groups also book the day spa package in Upper Austria?
No, our day spa is specifically designed to promote peace and quiet and time together. Individual guests and couples are very welcome – we are unable to accommodate groups.
