Private Spa Villas

The villas are just a three-minute drive or a ten-minute walk from the adults-only Hotel Winzer in St. Georgen. Far enough away to ensure complete privacy, yet close enough to enjoy all the hotel’s amenities with ease.

Your Private Spa Villa will be ready for you from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the villa by 11.00 am and settle your bill at the hotel reception.
If you wish to arrive earlier, you can book an early arrival for €50 per person: from 10:00 am, the wellness area at the Hotel Winzer will be open to you. A bathrobe, a bath bag with sauna towels and a locker key (deposit €30) will be provided to you at the hotel reception.

If you are arriving after 6.00 pm, please let us know.
 

The services included depend on whether you choose the inclusive or exclusive option. The following are always included: exclusive use of the entire villa and its facilities:

• a welcome package consisting of a welcome champagne, butter, jam, a small loaf of bread, bacon, cheese, 2 apples, chocolates and 4 eggs
• water on arrival
• a daily towel change on request
• Bathrobes and sauna towels for hire
• a change of linen from four nights onwards 
• Final cleaning (a special cleaning charge may apply in the event of exceptional soiling).

Important: The 5-course evening menu at the Wellnesshotel Winzer is not included in the villas. However, if you wish to dine at the hotel, you can book the 5-course evening menu subject to availability.
 

Our villas are exclusive retreats designed for couples – which is why they are only available for two people and for a minimum stay of three nights. A 35% deposit secures your private retreat. We will send you the payment link along with your booking confirmation. Further information can be found in the booking terms and conditions. 

Yes, every villa has a free, CCTV-monitored parking space on site. There are two electric charging points available in the hotel car park for electric cars. You can collect the charging card to activate the charging point from reception.

Yes, well-behaved and well-groomed dogs weighing up to 20 kg are welcome on request. However, please note that dogs are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture; any damage caused or significant soiling will be charged for; and the terrace and grounds are not fenced off. We charge €46 per night for dogs (excluding food).

Your privacy is important to us. If you wish to invite external guests to your villa who are not staying at the Hotel Winzer, please let us know in advance. These external guests (maximum of 2 guests per villa per stay) are welcome to visit for up to 2 hours. For longer stays, a charge of €200 per person will apply. External guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Yes, you can book Private Spa Breakfast Boxes and Private Spa Dinner Boxes, which you can customise yourself and have delivered directly to your villa. 

Sometimes things come up – we understand that. In such cases, please let us know in writing.
The following terms apply:

• up to 10 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees
• from 10 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price
• On the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the package price
• Cancellations can only be made in writing
• The General Terms and Conditions of Business 2006 apply

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in case of an emergency.
