Our prices are quoted in euros per person per night and include gourmet board and all Hotel Winzer's included services, excluding local tax (€2.40 per person per day).
Single occupancy in a double room is available on request.

We are liable for damage arising from sports, gardening or leisure activities, as well as the use of the garage, within the scope of our existing insurance. We reserve the right to change prices in the event of economic changes or tax adjustments.

The General Terms and Conditions of Business 2006 apply.

Your room will be ready from 3.30 pm on the day of arrival. If you are arriving after 6.00 pm, please let us know.

Arriving early? From 1.00 pm, use of the entire wellness area is included free of charge – including the afternoon buffet. Until your room is ready, you will receive a bathrobe, a bath bag with sauna towels and a locker key (deposit €30) from reception.

If you would like to use the wellness area from 10.00 am, you can book an early check-in for €29 per person. Here too, you will receive a bathrobe, a bath bag and a locker key (deposit €30).

Departure

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10.30 am. You may then continue to use the wellness area free of charge until 2.00 pm – including the afternoon buffet. A locker key will be issued again upon request for a €30 deposit.

If you wish to extend your stay, you can use the wellness area until 7.00 pm for €29 per person.
Late check-out from your room can be booked on site, subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Private Spa Villas

Your Private Spa Villa will be ready for you from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the villa by 11.00 am and settle your bill at the hotel reception. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can book an early arrival for €50 per person: from 10:00 am, the wellness area at Hotel Winzer will then be open to you. A bathrobe, a bath bag with sauna towels and a locker key (deposit €30) will be provided to you at the hotel reception.
 

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 35%. A secure payment link will be sent with your booking confirmation. We accept EC cards, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and cash payments in euros.

Please note that the WellCard cannot be used as a deposit for your booking. Furthermore, a maximum of three WellCards with a total value of up to €500 can be redeemed per stay. The WellCard cannot be combined with all packages and discounts.
 

Sometimes things come up – we understand that. In such cases, please let us know in writing.
The following terms apply:

• up to 10 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees 
• From 10 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total package price
• On the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the package price
• Cancellations must be made in writing
• The General Terms and Conditions of 2006 apply

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in an emergency.
 

For your protection in an emergency: Our travel cancellation insurance covers costs in the event of unexpected illness, accident, death of a close family member, damage to property at home or unforeseeable changes in your employment situation, such as redundancy.
Proof is required.

Not covered: bad weather, lack of desire to travel, traffic problems, holiday not being granted, relationship issues, etc.

If you would like more comprehensive cover or have already booked your trip, we recommend Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Travel cancellation insurance
 

At the Winzer, our focus is entirely on your comfort, which is why all rooms, suites and private spa villas are non-smoking. Smoking is also not permitted in the dining area. For those who wish to enjoy a break in the fresh air, there are designated smoking areas: balconies, the garden, the outdoor smoking lounge and the terrace of the Gemstone Spa.

Housetrained dogs (max. 20 kg) are welcome on request in the following rooms:

• Emotion Double Room
• Private Spa Villas

A contribution towards costs per dog per night (excluding meals) ranges from €31 to €46. Please also note that your four-legged friends are not permitted in certain suites, dining rooms, spa areas and some outdoor areas.
We reserve the right to charge for any necessary additional final cleaning or damage caused.
