When summer arrives, the Hotel Winzer transforms into a true paradise for sun worshippers and those who love the fresh air. The hotel garden, with its natural pool, hot tub, wooden terrace and sunbathing lawn, offers plenty of cosy spots for relaxing under the open sky. Comfortable sun loungers, gently swaying hammocks and cosy reclining chairs invite you to enjoy the warm season to the full. Those who prefer a more moderate dose of sun will find a shady spot under the generous parasols. Guests are treated to culinary delights on the idyllic terrace – whether at breakfast, a light afternoon buffet or a romantic dinner in the evening glow. Another highlight is the sun deck on the fifth floor with its perfectly tempered whirlpool, whose water gently caresses the skin and ensures deep relaxation. Add a refreshing cocktail at the Sky Bar and the holiday feeling is complete! From up here, the view sweeps across the rolling hills of the Attergau – a sight that enchants any summer mood. And those who wish to fully embrace their sense of freedom should head one floor higher to the nudist deck. Here, you can sunbathe in the nude and tan seamlessly whilst enjoying the best panoramic views.

The Hotel Winzer is the perfect starting point for unforgettable summer adventures in the region. Right on our doorstep begins the Kelten.Baum.Weg, an interactive adventure trail that immerses visitors in the fascinating world of the Celts. Those who prefer to get about on two wheels can hire a mountain bike or e-bike from reception to explore the picturesque surroundings. For a truly special outing, we can also provide a picnic basket on request for a delightful break in the countryside. Just six kilometres from our own natural pool, Lake Attersee awaits swimmers, sailors and stand-up paddlers with its turquoise-blue waters. The majestic mountains of the Salzkammergut also beckon with fantastic hiking trails and spectacular summit experiences. A ride on the nostalgic Schafbergbahn offers breathtaking panoramic views, whilst a hot-air balloon flight over the sparkling lakes and green alpine pastures adds a touch of adventure.

Summer Opening at the Winzer

From 10 to 13 July, we are hosting a Summer Opening at the Hotel Winzer. We have plenty of ideas in store for this. Already confirmed on the programme is a White Night under the motto: “Dress in White, dance through the night!”. All information about the “Summer Opening” programme can be found HERE.
