Start your day with a yoga session by our outdoor natural pool or indoors in our saltwater spa area.
Immerse yourself in a sense of harmony and balance for body, mind and soul. The morning yoga session helps you to slow down. The stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life melt away in an instant, leaving you with a revitalising start to the day.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga exercises are ideal for relieving tension and improving strength, flexibility and concentration. The aim is to achieve a balance between body and mind, primarily through physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation.
Hatha yoga is designed so that both beginners and experienced practitioners can take part.
The yoga sessions take place every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 09:00 to 10:00 with Sabine Pichler, an experienced yoga instructor with many years of practice.
If you are looking for some peace and quiet afterwards, or would like to treat yourself to a massage or beauty treatment, you will find a wellness oasis of relaxation in our spacious spa area.
