In the intimate atmosphere of the SinnReich restaurant, our guests are treated to an extraordinary 6-course menu by candlelight that appeals to all the senses. As a stimulating prelude, you start with a sparkling glass of sparkling wine, followed by a promising amuse-bouche. After a selection of fine starters and the hot soup duo, that warm feeling in your stomach grows stronger. To enhance the fluttering butterflies in your stomach, a refreshing sorbet with Prosecco is served. For the main course, a true explosion of flavours is conjured up on the palate as the crowning highlight. To finish, there is something sweet in the form of a dessert selection with a speciality coffee, and something savoury with a trilogy of selected cheeses, accompanied by fine sweet wine. Treat yourself to a tasteful rendezvous full of sensory delights and moments of pure bliss.

A shared culinary experience

For those seeking an interactive dining experience, the Hotel Winzer offers a candlelit Fondue Chinoise. Here, you are both a guest and, to some extent, a chef. Following a selection of starters and a sorbet with Prosecco, you cook tender fillet pieces yourself in an excellent chicken broth right at the table. This is accompanied by various vegetables, a selection of side dishes and a variety of dips and sauces. After enjoying the fillet, the broth is enhanced with sherry and served as a rich soup. A selection of desserts with a coffee speciality and a cheese trio with sweet wine round off this special experience for two.
