Hotel Winzer named a Top Employer for 2023

The Rolling Pin Top Award

At the Rolling Pin Convention 2023, Hotel Winzer was named a Top Employer 2023 as one of just 30 companies from across Austria! But what does that actually mean? For several years now, Rolling Pin has used this award to create a kind of seal of quality for employers in the catering and hotel sector, recognising only those businesses that exceed the high benchmark targets. 

Strict criteria

However, before one can even take part in the selection process, a wealth of questionnaires must be completed and the highest standards met. The effort involved is truly immense. The strict criteria cover, for example, pay above the collective agreement, the tipping system, catering, training and further education opportunities, and much more that makes for a good job.

The fact that we have been offering our guests special highlights for many years is now well known far beyond Austria’s borders. Regular awards from renowned juries show that our guests are very satisfied with our offerings and service. Now we are also honoured to receive an award as an employer for our commitment to our staff.
