Don Camillo
Ingredients:
- 5 cl Gin Kamille Cold Drip*
- 2 cl honey syrup*
- 2 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl dry vermouth (e.g.
Belsazar White or Martini d'oro)
Method:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with solid ice for 15 seconds (15 times)
- Strain into a tumbler filled with solid ice cubes and garnish with a lemon zest.
- *) Gin Chamomile Cold Drip:
flavour 0.7l London Dry Gin with 25g chamomile in a cold dripper (2 drops/second).
Alternatively, leave the gin to infuse with the chamomile for about 6–8 hours, then strain finely. - *) Honey syrup: Mix
1 part honey and
1 part hot water well and chill
