Our tip for at home: Homemade chocolate cakes

Ingredients for chocolate cakes

  • 130g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 50g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 55g sugar

Method

  • Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over a bain-marie
  • Beat the eggs and sugar over steam until warm
  • Remove from the steam and beat until cold
  • Stir the chocolate and flour until smooth, then carefully fold in the egg mixture
  • Spoon into buttered ramekins approx. 6 cm in diameter
  • Bake at 220 °C for 5 minutes
