Our tip for at home: Homemade chocolate cakes
Ingredients for chocolate cakes
- 130g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 50g flour
- 4 eggs
- 55g sugar
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate with the butter over a bain-marie
- Beat the eggs and sugar over steam until warm
- Remove from the steam and beat until cold
- Stir the chocolate and flour until smooth, then carefully fold in the egg mixture
- Spoon into buttered ramekins approx. 6 cm in diameter
- Bake at 220 °C for 5 minutes
